VIP Metals completed the fabrication and installation of critical access infrastructure at the pump station on the dam wall side, providing safe and practical access above the feed lines running from the dam wall.
This scope was delivered to ensure safe, convenient operational and maintenance access to elevated pump station areas, aligned with applicable occupational health and safety requirements and built for long-term durability in a damp, corrosive dam environment.
As part of this work package, VIP Metals delivered a full fabrication-to-installation scope, including accurate measurement, structural detailing, corrosion protection, and final handover, ensuring a compliant, fit-for-purpose access solution from end to end.
VIP Metals’ scope of work included:
- Detailed measurement, design input, and fabrication of the access platform structure

In 2025, VIP Metals successfully completed a critical water infrastructure project: the fabrication, supply, and delivery of a 250NB SCH20 pipeline spanning 210 metres, connecting the Dam Pump Station to the new reservoir.
